Indulge in our Heavenly Durian Cake, featuring two layers of soft sponge cake sandwiched with a generous layer of SK Blend Fresh Durian Flesh and vanilla cream. Our Durian series cakes are pricier than others, but the quality makes it worthwhile.

Ingredients:

  • Fresh Durian Flesh: Each 15cm cake contains 200g of fresh durian flesh.
  • No Commercial Durian Paste: We avoid using commercial durian paste or flesh because it does not meet our quality standards. Commercial durian products are often mixed with lower quality durians and added fibers, which compromises flavor and texture. Prices for commercial paste range from RM80 to RM140 per kg, depending on the durian type (D24 or Musang King). These products often lack the rich flavor and texture of fresh durian, resulting in a watery consistency and leaking juices in the final cake.
  • High-Quality Durian: To obtain 400g of durian flesh, we use a minimum of 3.5 to 4.2 kg of whole durians (including seeds and shells). High-quality durians yield only 10% to 15% flesh, while hybrid varieties may yield up to 25%.

  • This cake comes without any additional decoration.

Should delivery be attempted to the specified shipping address and no one happens to be present at the time of delivery nor respond to the calls or messages, Same charged will apply for re-delivery.
