We have been receiving lots of cake request for same day delivery, next day delivery & less than 4 days pre-order date needed on our website.

FAQ

Q1: Why we need 4 days pre-order needed?? 

A: Because we have over hundred type and flavor of the cake, and we baked every single of them without sourcing from other bakers. That's why we needed at least 2 days to baked your cake and icing it before the cake is out for delivery. 

Q2: Can I order the cake today before 12noon and collect the cake tomorrow after 2 pm?

A: Well, it depends on what type of cake you looking for. If yes, then we will take our magic wand and cast a cake out for you on tomorrow

Q3: Can I order the cake today before 10 am and have the cake to be delivered tomorrow?

A: In this case is really depend on what cake you looking for or what we have on the shelf and where's the delivery location. If we can confirm your order, your prompt payment is needed before 11:30 am, then we can arrange a delivery for tomorrow.

Q4: Which delivery option should I choose??? There are so many options.

A1: If you placing an advanced order and you able to choose the date you wanted in cart page, please choose RM20 Delivery option.

Q5: What if I choose the wrong delivery option?

Q6: If I bought 4 cake together and have it deliver to same address, do you charges the delivery individually or just charges us RM20 only?

A: We only charge you RM20 regardless of Size and Quantity, except you required express delivery which will occur additional charges.
