Exact Delivery Time: No. Your order will arrive within your selected delivery time frame.
Midnight Delivery (11:45 PM–12:00 AM): Not available.
Delivery to Landed & High-Rise Properties
Landed Property: Door-to-door delivery is available.
High-Rise / Condominium / Apartment: Delivery is to the lobby, guardhouse or designated collection point only. Our delivery partner does not provide delivery directly to individual units.

Sunday: Delivery is available between 9:00 AM–12:00 PM only.

Our delivery partner may contact the recipient by phone or message upon arrival.
If delivery is attempted but:

No one is available to receive the order;

The recipient cannot be contacted;

Access to the delivery location is unavailable; or

An incorrect or incomplete delivery address has been provided,
the order may be returned or require a second delivery attempt.
A new delivery charge will apply for re-delivery.
SK Homemade Cakes is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, inability to contact the recipient, building access restrictions, traffic conditions, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
