To keep your cakes fresh and delicious, proper storage is key. Here's a simple guide to help you extend the life of your cakes:

1. Room Temperature (1-2 Days)
  • Suitable for: Butter cakes, Sujee Cake or without perishable fillings.
  • How to Store: Keep the cake in an airtight container at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat.
2. Refrigerator 0'c -4'c (1-2 Days)
  • Suitable for: Cakes with dairy-based fillings or frostings (like fresh cream, custard, or cream cheese), cakes with fruit toppings, and most cakes.
  • How to Store: Place the cake in an airtight container or wrap it in plastic wrap to prevent it from absorbing fridge odors and drying out.
  • Fruit Topping Cakes: Store in the fridge and consume within few hours or same day as fruit tend to deteriorate faster.
3. Freezer -18'c (1 Weeks)
  • Suitable for: Ice Cream Cake & most cakes.
  • How to Store: Wrap the cake tightly in plastic wrap. Thaw in the fridge overnight before serving for most cake except Ice Cream cake.
  • Tip: Avoid freezing cakes with fresh fruit toppings or delicate frostings as they may not thaw well.

The cake size and serving charts are based on party-sized portions of  6 in. to 12 in. or smaller cakes with their estimated weight and serving recommendation. The number of servings is intended as a guide only. You can cut into cube shape / smaller slice for more serving.

You can place your order online for Classic Cake, Cheesecake, Mille Crepe and Cake by selecting your ideal size from the chart below:

15cm / 6inch cake   -  Approx 500g to 800g (Recommended to serve 2 to 10 person)

20cm / 8 inch cake    - Approx 1kg to 1.3kg (Recommended to serve 8 to 20 person)

24cm / 9.5 inch cake - Approx 1.5kg to 2kg (Recommended to serve 14 to 27 person)

Eggless macadamia cake

We were quite disappointed with the cake. Although we kept in the fridge till it was cut, it was so soft that we could not get proper pieces. Also the was more cream than cake. Overall was disappointing

Hi Ravi, Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the disappointment which the cake is not up to your expectation. Our eggless cake is not the butter-based type which is firm and packs, our version of eggless cake Is a sponge type which meaning more like normal sponge cake soft but without egg.

Most Eggless cake is softer and Eggless Macadamia Cake is harder to get a clean cut due to soft sponge and chunky nuts.

All ou cake is a more western style using a per portion of cream and cake. which you get balanced of cake and cream. not like a local bakery which gives 3 or 4 very thick layer of cake with super-thin cream just to sandwich the sponge.

Surprising good taste eggless cake

Because it is an eggless cake, it is not as soft as normal cake.
Besides that, it is not too sweet.
Just one thing, the design of the cake I received is not match with the picture show in the my order. Anywhere, my family members were like it.

We will try our best to improve the texture to make it airier in future. (^_^) For the cake decoration, we don't follow the same as photo, as every cake are meant to be unique that it come with different decoration & pattern, if we deco it, all the same, there's no more special for every order/customer and it look like what a local bakery is doing. Looking forward to seeing you again.
