- Suitable for:Ā Butter cakes, Sujee Cake or without perishable fillings.
- How to Store:Ā Keep the cake in an airtight container at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat.
2.Ā Refrigerator 0'c -4'c (1-2 Days)
- Suitable for:Ā Cakes with dairy-based fillings or frostings (like fresh cream, custard, or cream cheese), cakes with fruit toppings, and most cakes.
- How to Store:Ā Place the cake in an airtight container or wrap it in plastic wrap to prevent it from absorbing fridge odors and drying out.
- Fruit Topping Cakes:Ā Store in the fridge and consume within few hours or same day as fruit tend to deteriorate faster.
3.Ā Freezer -18'c (1 Weeks)
- Suitable for:Ā Ice Cream Cake & most cakes.
- How to Store:Ā Wrap the cake tightly in plastic wrap. Thaw in the fridge overnight before serving for most cake except Ice Cream cake.
