This soft gluten-free bread is generously filled with sweet raisins, bringing a gentle fruity sweetness to its tender, slightly chewy crumb. Our gluten-free flour blend combines rice flour, maize flour and corn starch, with psyllium husk and xanthan gum providing structure without conventional wheat flour.

Inulin and sunflower oil contribute to its soft texture, while the raisins make it delicious enough to enjoy on its own. Toast it for breakfast, warm it for teatime, or pair it with your favourite spread.

Our gluten-free products are prepared in a separate production room, with dedicated gluten-free production days and scheduled production times to minimise the risk of cross-contamination. However, our facility also handles wheat, soy, peanuts and other tree nuts. While strict handling and cleaning procedures are followed, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

To keep your cakes fresh and delicious, proper storage is key. Here's a simple guide to help you extend the life of your cakes:

1. Room Temperature (1-2 Days)

• Suitable for: Butter cakes, Sujee Cake or without perishable fillings.
• How to Store: Keep the cake in an airtight container at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat.

2. Refrigerator 0'c -4'c (1-2 Days)

• Suitable for: Cakes with dairy-based fillings or frostings (like fresh cream, custard, or cream cheese), cakes with fruit toppings, and most cakes.
• How to Store: Place the cake in an airtight container or wrap it in plastic wrap to prevent it from absorbing fridge odors and drying out.
• Fruit Topping Cakes: Store in the fridge and consume within few hours or same day as fruit tend to deteriorate faster.

3. Freezer -18'c (1 Weeks)

• Suitable for: Ice Cream Cake & most cakes.
• How to Store: Wrap the cake tightly in plastic wrap. Thaw in the fridge overnight before serving for most cake except Ice Cream cake.
• Tip: Avoid freezing cakes with fresh fruit toppings or delicate frostings as they may not thaw well.

The cake size and serving charts are based on party-sized portions of  6 in. to 12 in. or smaller cakes with their estimated weight and serving recommendation. The number of servings is intended as a guide only. You can cut into cube shape / smaller slice for more serving.

You can place your order online for Classic Cake, Cheesecake, Mille Crepe and Cake by selecting your ideal size from the chart below:

15cm / 6inch cake   -  Approx 500g to 800g (Recommended to serve 2 to 10 person)

20cm / 8 inch cake    - Approx 1kg to 1.3kg (Recommended to serve 8 to 20 person)

24cm / 9.5 inch cake - Approx 1.5kg to 2kg (Recommended to serve 14 to 27 person)

28cm / 11 inch cake  - Approx  2kg to 2.3kg (Recommended to serve 22 to 38 person)
