To keep your cakes fresh and delicious, proper storage is key. Here's a simple guide to help you extend the life of your cakes:

1. Room Temperature (1-2 Days)
  • Suitable for: Butter cakes, Sujee Cake or without perishable fillings.
  • How to Store: Keep the cake in an airtight container at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat.
2. Refrigerator 0'c -4'c (1-2 Days)
  • Suitable for: Cakes with dairy-based fillings or frostings (like fresh cream, custard, or cream cheese), cakes with fruit toppings, and most cakes.
  • How to Store: Place the cake in an airtight container or wrap it in plastic wrap to prevent it from absorbing fridge odors and drying out.
  • Fruit Topping Cakes: Store in the fridge and consume within few hours or same day as fruit tend to deteriorate faster.
3. Freezer -18'c (1 Weeks)
  • Suitable for: Ice Cream Cake & most cakes.
  • How to Store: Wrap the cake tightly in plastic wrap. Thaw in the fridge overnight before serving for most cake except Ice Cream cake.

The cake size and serving charts are based on party-sized portions of  6 in. to 12 in. or smaller cakes with their estimated weight and serving recommendation. The number of servings is intended as a guide only. You can cut into cube shape / smaller slice for more serving.
