Our Mango Lime Sheet Cake is a refreshing burst of sourish sweet mango and bright citrus, crafted specially for big celebrations. This vibrant party-favourite comes in both 12″ and 15″ square sheet cake sizes, perfect for office events, birthdays, family gatherings, school parties, and corporate functions.

Each cake features soft vanilla sponge layered with a generous amount of our house-made mango lime filling — a blend of juicy mango and tangy lime that brings a lively, tropical twist to every slice. Finished with your choice of smooth dairy cream or plant-based non-dairy cream, this cake delivers a polished, delicious finish no matter how you customise it.

You can also choose between our standard soft vanilla sponge (contains gluten) or our specially crafted Gluten-Free Vanilla Sponge, made with our house blend of rice flour, potato starch, and maize flour — light, fluffy, and perfect for guests with gluten sensitivities.

To keep your cakes fresh and delicious, proper storage is key. Here's a simple guide to help you extend the life of your cakes:

1. Room Temperature (1-2 Days)

• Suitable for: Butter cakes, Sujee Cake or without perishable fillings.
• How to Store: Keep the cake in an airtight container at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat.

2. Refrigerator 0'c -4'c (1-2 Days)

• Suitable for: Cakes with dairy-based fillings or frostings (like fresh cream, custard, or cream cheese), cakes with fruit toppings, and most cakes.
• How to Store: Place the cake in an airtight container or wrap it in plastic wrap to prevent it from absorbing fridge odors and drying out.
• Fruit Topping Cakes: Store in the fridge and consume within few hours or same day as fruit tend to deteriorate faster.

3. Freezer -18'c (1 Weeks)

• Suitable for: Ice Cream Cake & most cakes.
• How to Store: Wrap the cake tightly in plastic wrap. Thaw in the fridge overnight before serving for most cake except Ice Cream cake.
• Tip: Avoid freezing cakes with fresh fruit toppings or delicate frostings as they may not thaw well.
